Carmen has dedicated her time to health and healing since 2006. First as a Physiotherapy Assistant, and now as a feet and hands certified Reflexologist, graduated from Footsteps School of Reflexology. Carmen is also certified in Indian Head massage and is a Reiki level I & II practitioner.

Carmen is passionate and enthusiastic about her work, and loves to share the amazing benefits of reflexology to each and every one of her clients.

She thoroughly believes in reflexology for maintaining good health and encouraging homeostasis, optimal relaxation for natural repair and improved  circulation and energy flow. Overall improvement in health and well-being is a common response to this very enjoyable hands-on technique.
